An internal design ticket system had two main objectives: (1) to help manage fly-by requests of the design department, and (2) to aid designer's need for the critical mass of information required to begin a project.

Personal responsibilities included conception to production of entire product. The site feed into an open source tracking system called 'Request Tracker' for managing tickets.

Technologies: php, Request Tracker system (open source), xhtml, css, and javascript.
